Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. 

To start a return, you can contact us at shopstorinapr@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you will receive the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or that do not meet the above criteria. If merchandise is damaged due to inappropriate packaging it will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like accessories, swimsuits, bodysuits, and jewelry. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange for another size or item the return is free. If your exchange is accepted, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label via email and you may drop your package at any USPS location. 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate order for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. This process can take up to 3 days. 

If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember processing times vary between financial organizations, for it can take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to show on your bank account. 

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.
